Enrolling your Child in CASA Montessori Academy
Registration
The Enrollment process begins by scheduling a tour of our campus. Once there, a prospective parent may meet our Directresses, observe our Montessori classes in session and direct any questions to our Headmistress. The next step in the process involves an interview with the parent and child and the completion of the registration package. If the student is a participant in a scholarship / financial aid program, the required paperwork must also be submitted at that time. If the child is transferring from another school, progress reports and/or report cards from the previous school will be required. Once registered, a short assesment will be conducted by the child's Directress to determine the child's current skill level and develop a personalized education plan.
Tuition
The tuition rate is based upon an annual figure. It is divided into 10 equal installments, paid on a monthly basis, with a first payment due August 1st, and the final payment due May 1st. A Materials Fee is due upon enrollment. This fee covers insurance, workbooks, supplies, enrichment programs and snacks.
Materials Fee (both programs): $700
Toddler Program: $8,000 annually ($800
/month)
Pre-Primary Program: $7,500 annually ($750
/month)
Unlimited After School Care: $145 /month
Daily Rate for Extended Care:
Before School: $10
After School: $10
